The Malibu complex is beachfront; directly on the beach...no roads between the beach and the complex. Malibu Beachfront has one adult pool and one kiddie pool with plenty of areas to relax around the pool. It also has a playground, gazebo, ample parking, private gate, and security. These are walk up with no elevators.
